Database editor - "Microsoft.NET Framework"

I bought PCM 17 and it was so full of bugs that it was almost funny. One of them was the "Microsoft.NET Framework - untreated exception" when starting the DB editor. This basically makes the DB-editor useless.
When I bought PCM 18 I had a small hope that it would be fixed, but no...

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this???
I want to be able to use the editor that is made for the game and not download 100 different ones to make some small changes....

This is must be "your" bug Smile you need to install the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework.

If this doesn't work then take a screenshot of the error.

I would ask all the people from the Balkan to contact me so that we can create our community.

I have tried downloading and it says that I already have the updated version.
The error is in norwegian so I do not think a screenshot would help alot...
It still says that there is an "untreated exception" when i start the editor. It also says that it cannot find the file.

So that's some problem in a program. Can you click on Detaljer to we see more details?

It says something about JIT (just in time)-troubleshooting.
