This is a reminder, that no offers on trades, loans etc. are allowed to be made before transfers start! Neither any kind of money questions for interesting riders.
You can only show your interest (without getting concrete towards negotiations) in public HQ`s but not on any other platform like twitter, skype and also not via PM!
Another reminder that even though the time line is out, the transfer DB is out and rules are being posted today, it`s not yet allowed to discuss any kind of interests, deals etc. other than in the public team HQs and even there just to show interest without any kind of negotiations.
The offseason is underway but it`s still a few weeks till transfer start.
Some things are not allowed to talk or made public:
- budget is for your eyes only, never share or compare with others
- transfer talk and negotiations are only allowed during the transfer season, not before this has started at all
- in especially for new managers, that are in their first offseason, try to go for your own tactics and plans, you can look around older MG threads to see how others did or in older DBs what new CT teams usually looked like as an idea
- the main discussion board should be on the forum, HQs, PMs etc. Skype or Discord can be used obviously as well for quick discussions, but shouldn`t become the standard
