Error loading a Stage

Hi, im having an error loading oberösterreichrundfahrt stage4 quebec quebec.

Im using PCM18 Lite Pack V2.


I know I can simulate it, but i really wanted to be able to run it.

Any idea how to fix it?

I get a similar error with stage 3 of Vuelta Asturias - interestingly the stage title is said to be Quebec - Quebec as well! This doesn't seem right for this race or indeed for Azuiel's race.

I'm in yellow by 37 seconds, so really don't want to simulate but guess I don't have much choice.

Quebec is what PCM 18 defaults to if it can't find the right stage (used to be the GP Quest in older versions). The stage might be missing entirely or maybe there is just a spelling error. I noticed I only have 2 Asturias stages myself (for PCM 14), maybe the race should only have two stages (?).

What you could do and doesn't need an editor is choose any stage you like from a different race, make a copy of it in a different folder (usually two files per stage), rename that copy to match the Asturias file name and copy it back into the stages folder.

The version I have has the file name t1_asturias_01_2013.cds/zces. To test, pick pretty much any stage at random (maybe not cobblestones if you want to win the race), say t1_castillayleon_03_2013.cds/zces, make a copy, change it from castillayleon to asturias and copy it back. With any luck you can now load the game and play that stage. If the Asturias race has even more stages, you'd need to do it again and again, _04_, _05_, etc.
