Where do you install worlddb 2018?..in the same folder with the game or in the classic C:\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2018?

You should ask this on the support pages of PCM World. We don't create the WorldDB and therefore cannot answer your question 100% surely.

I'm guessing you just have to subscribe to the WorldDB in Steam Workshop and it'll install automatically.
Inactive due to personal reasons.
