Delete or rename of the online profile

Can anyone tell me how to delete or rename my the online profile for PCM 2018?

I made mistake and choosed a wrong name for my profile. Now I havent found a way to delete the profile and add a new one. Help would be nice!

Maybe deleting the PCM18 folder in your Documents will work?
Inactive due to personal reasons.

Tried it, but it didn't work any other ideas?

I completly deleted the game and reinstalled it, but the wrong profile is still there, so it is saved in the steam Cloud I think, but I don't know how to delete it
