if you set a week of no training with 1 race day does it still make the rider tired as if it was heavy training all week?

are the ai rider all exhausted midway through the season like in pcm17?

At least the calculation preview still has fatigue going up slightly in a break week with a race day, didn't actually get there yet to confirm.

Someone who have played a season, that can tell if you still need to change the fitness system for every rider so they not get tired?

For example in PCM 2017 they became tired if they have 0% in a week, but they still ride a race

If I have a rider with Tour de France at objectives, I can see he had 0% under the Tour de France. Should i change it to 100% under Tour de France and to 0% in the weeks after Tour de France so they not get tired, like you should do in PCM 2017?

If I want to top at the ardennes classics, should i choose for example Tour of Basque as objectives, so they have fitness peak under the ardennes classics?
