Hi all, i have the new 08. I never ever had problem with the old versions. n now i buyed me a new pc n also 08. Now my problem is, i would like to start a story, but i cant cause everytime a race in 3d mode is finished n i try to EXPORT the results, i dont get a file in a folder ? or i dont find it. =( i have open office, should work, my system is vista 64 ? does anyone have also problems with the exporting files ? i really cant find it. what i export through the race hat works well. i got a txt file then.
Hope someone can help me with that problem.

it is a glitch and everyone has it (I think) I think the first patch will fix this.

It's a bug, yes, but it can easily be fixed. Just make a folder called Exported results in the PCM 08 folder in the Documents folder.
(It's something like that. I may be wrong, but it's fixable)

ah thank you very much =) i hope the patch comes soon. cause i would like to export my files for my story. does any other way to get the results ? |

Needs an underscore in it i think. Add a folder called exported_results to your export folder. So it looks like this:
My Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2008\Export\Exported_Results |

here i have the right folder now and it works well. but now i have a problem to open it with open office. it just shows me a crazy table. :cry: does it have something to do with the cde ? uni code 8 i setted in. |

Rename the file to *.xml instead of *.xls and open it with Word. You'll get a nice table with tabs for the different rankings (which i just noticed, nizzle) |

Remaming the file to .xml doesnt work for me, the file remains an .xls
