Thanks everyone , and all questions are answered in this post.
Previously known as High Road, Team Columbia is a powerhouse in cycling with top riders Kim Kirchen, George Hincapie and young talents like Mark Cavendish and Thomas Lövkvist. For the new season it was decided they needed a change of management, and within a week they had signed former Rabobank manager, swede Alexander Löfgren.
"I'm happy to be a part of this organisation and looks forward to get started. My goal of course is to make us number one, I know we have the talent to succeed and we will do our best to get there."
Top riders:
"As you can see we have a strong and complete team with riders for all kinds of races. We have an especially good, young sprinting squad and we hope for a fair amount of wins coming from them."
Sponsor goals:
"Our sponsor goals this year looks manageable, and we have a strong possibility to finish all of them."
Leaders and Sprinters:
Kim Kirchen 
Our most important rider overall with capability to win several of the classics, as well as small tours. He will aim for the Ardennes classics during the spring and after that take a long break, before taking his chances in the Vuelta where he is our leader.
Main goals:
Amstel Gold Race
Fleche Wallone
Liege-Bastogne-Liege
Vuelta Espana
Michael Rogers 
This aussie just has one goal this year, Tour de France where he hopes to take our expected top 10 place, and considering how good he is in Time Trails we believe he can do it.
Main Goals:
Tour de France
Thomas Lövkvist 
Sweden's biggest talent in years who hopes to one day win Tour de France, but right now a top 15 is enough. He will help Rogers in the Tour and also go for the white jersey if possible. Other then that he coud be our man for either Tirreno-Adriatco or Paris-Nice.
Main Goals:
Paris-Nice/Tirreno-Adriatico
Tour de France
Linus Gerdemann 
Leader for our Giro'd Italia team, but he don't have any pressure on him, a stage win would be nice though, or a top 20 in the GC.

Giro d'Italia
George Hincapie 
Big George is our man for the "cobble classics" Paris-Roubaix and Ronde van Vlaanderen where he wants at least one podium place, or even better, a win. After that he will also help in Tour de France, but he won't be in peak form there.

Gent-Wevelgem
Paris-Roubaix
Tour de France
Mark Cavendish 
Mark is probably the most talented sprinter in the world right now, and he knows it. his goal this year is wins, as many as possible. His peak will be during Tour de France where at least 1 stage win is a must, hopefully the green jersey as well if we are lucky.
Bernhard Eisel 
Will be a great help for Big George in April and will aim for the points jersey and stage wins in races like Tour de Suisse and Vuelta Espana later during the year.

Tour Down Under
Preview
Our first sponsor goal of the season is already in our first race which makes it very hard to choose a squad for it. Sponsors demand an overall win here, and I have brought George Hincapie in hope of him being the strongest one. For the sprints we have brought Cavendish and Eisel, with Sieberg and Hagen as helpers. My personal goal is one stage win and top 5 in the GC, let's see what we can manage.
Stage 1/6
To my surprise there isn't a lot of top sprinters here, biggest competition is without a doubt O'Grady and he is possible to beat I think. Before the stage today Cavendish said he was feeling very well, and we decided to give him the leader role, so Eisel was told to help. He wasn't thrilled by this, but agreed that Cavendish is probably in better form.
Break of the day with german Lang (Gerolsteiner) as our main concern, but with good help from CSC we hope we can reel them back in later on.
Petito (Liquigas) makes an surprise attack from the peleton with around 50km left in an hope of reaching the breakaway group. I don't really see the point with this, since it's only 2 minutes before the peleton.
Last rider caught by a combined effort from the peleton, they never even had a chance. Now it's time to get ready for the sprint, Cavendish and Eisel is going forward.
Time to sprint, and Eisel is on Bäckstedt's wheel (Slipstream), and Cavendish is following Eisel, it's looking quite good I think.
Eisel and Cavendish on the left side, with O'Grady (CSC) to the right, it looks to be a close call. Mark launches himself from Eisel's wheel with 1km to go.
It's Cavendish before O'Grady, right?
Yes!, first win of the season in a great team effort, and we even get Eisel on the podium as well.
