[Career] How does computer pick riders for "x" race?

So i like to just let the computer pick the riders for "x" races, but does someone actually know "how" it picks em?

Is it just random or?

Ive noticed its definately not picking from how many races each riders have.. I have some riders with very few race days.

I think it's based on the schedules it sets for the riders. Normally you'll find the strongest climbers in climber races, etc. How it exactly works, I have really no idea. Probably based on some DB tables such as STA_program and DYN_leader_program, but like I said, I don't know much more than this
