First off the made a huge step in the game graphics, but other then that i miss some stuff again.
Why so few equipment?
Why can't I see at what level my rider is so i know what races would be best for him to participate?
Why can't I see the speciality of the trainer?
Why can't I see the speciality of my scouts?
Why don't you add gears and shifts to equipment cause in real racing the choice here is one of the most important?
Why don't you add new races as variants? For the last three games everytime we have played the actual game seaseon we are always doomed to ride the same tour variations.
Why are the races not in there real classes? Paris-Nice is no longer PTT it's a 2HC.
I really like PCM and no doubt i will play it but i have awaited more development and i really regret that i bought the game. |

If I understood the interviews well, there are no levels, just a smooth progression. Think of the player progression curves in the Master League in PES (that's the best example I can come up with, sorry.

Well its kinda simple really, the way it works in PES is that after every match your player gains a stat increase, depending on his performance in that game. Havent played PCM08 yet, so dont know how it works, but prolly a bit like that aswell it seems. |

That's not what I mean. it's not like that at all. Every guy in PES (and in PCM08) has his own progression curve.
When the curve rises, his skills are on the rise. When it goes down, his are on the way down. That makes it so that different riders have different progressions. Some are already good when they're young, but never get to be great. Others are crap when they're younger and turn out to be world beaters later (Simoni). A guy like Vandenbroucke has a fantastic early curve, that plummets way down when he turns 26.
I'm not saying those are the actual curves of the riders because I haven't seen them yet, but I'm just giving examples compared to real life

Sry, I ment the previous previous system. liked the ProTour including P-N, T-A and Cobbles+Ardennes... I know that it was possible to change it back in PCM07 Databases like pcmdaily and sattlerei - is it possible to do it in the 08 version? |

It's still like that. P-N is Pro Tour, T-A is Pro Tour. They didn't change it. |
