Preview:
We got a trio of favorites from three different teams to win this one Christopher Juul-Jensen, Rasmus Guldhammer and Kristian Haugaard Jensen all solid punchers at the same level.
Under those top riders a lot of 2nd level punchers, Cort Nielsen, Hansen, Sørensen, Mørkøv, Steensen all good punchers but they need an exceptional good day and some luck to win a gold medal.
The Race:
The sun is shining from a clear sky, but the riders will have to be aware of hard winds at about 45 km/h
Two riders from the amateur level are allowed to go within the first few kilometers, making today’s race settle down rather early.
The MG pro teams take control of the peloton, Carlsberg - Danske Bank, Spotify – Haglöfs and Aker – MOT united for now to keep the distance under control, it never gets over 3 minutes
The break is over with 7.5 km left, Carlsberg - Danske Bank leads the peloton into the final climb, but if is Kristian Haugaard Jensen attacking as soon as the slope gets hard. Jesper Hansen and Christopher Juul-Jensen closes up quickly.
With 3.5 km left, we got Cort Nielsen at 15”, Mørkøv, Guldhammer, Steensen and Lander at 23”
Kristian Haugaard Jensen seems very strong today, without attacking he is able to drop first Jesper Hansen and then Christopher Juul-Jensen
With 2.5 km left we got Jensen in front
Juul-Jensen at 8”
Hansen at 19”
Cort Nielsen at 28”
Jensen first under the red kite
Juul-Jensen at 11”
Kristian Haugaard Jensen wins the Danish National Road Race Championship in front of Juul-Jensen and Jesper Hansen
Welcome back to the 2nd day of the Danish National Championships, now with the ITT. 33 riders are ready to compete.

Preview:
We got a close field of tempo riders today, could easily see at least 6 riders take this one.
Sterobo, Steensen, Quaade, Valgren Andersen, Norman Hansen and Faerk Christensen
The Race:
Alex Rasmussen first on the course today should be a top 10 rider, so we will get an idea of the time level. 1h11’08”
As expected Alex Rasmussen sits in the hot-seat for a while but then we see Würtz with some very fine sector times.
He takes new best with 1h08’32”
Somewhat surprising we see that Faerk Christensen can’t keep up with the times set by Würtz, more than a minute behind at 3rd sector. He comes in 2nd losing disappointing 1’23”
Steensen a lot better, but still 28” behind Würtz at 3rd sector.
He has a strong last sector but not enough finishing 13” behind Würtz. Maybe show’s that Würtz had a medal time ?
Then we get a new best Lasse Norman Hansen, 1h08’20”, 11” faster.
Michael Valgren Andersen dissapointing 4th at +1’13
Sterobo a little faster, but not a medal time, 4th +49”, not the best day for the bookmaker favorite.
Last rider on the course today is Quaade, just 2” behind at first sector.
2nd sector Quaade has the fastest time 13” faster that Lasse Norman Hansen
3rd sector it is 14”, and Quaade wins the Danish National TT Championship 17” faster than Lasse Norman Hansen.
