Crashes depend of the pc? Game crashes

Hi guys, I' wanna buy PCM but I played PCM 2015 I spent a lot of time in the but one day I tried to play but the It crashed a lot, I left the game, just I wanna know, Crashes depends of the pc? because right now I have a powerful pc, and When I'd played the PCM 2015 I had a normal laptop and I played it with the minimum.

Yes, on my old PC PCM (14) crashed often, with my new PC PCM (14 and 17) crashes are rare.
