AI Not attack

Hi,

I have noticed in my under construction db that the AI is not go attack on mountain stages on the last climb. The AI is waiting until the group is small and than will the big names go ride in the front of the group . I don't know if they do that because I have only 8 WT finished and the other 2 are random teams.
I hope anybody can awnser my question.

No it's because the game is awful.
