Teams dont select riders

Hello,

I am having the problem that, when i play pro cyclist mode, some of the other teams only select 1 rider for the race or tour. For example, there are 24 teams wich should be filled with six riders each, but only half of them got 6 riders, and the other 12 teams only have 1 rider. Its not a huge problem but its weird to be in a peloton with only 60 riders.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Or how i got this?
