Problem with Pro Cycling Manager 2009 on Windows 10

Hi

I have the game since 2009. This time the game worked fine on Windows XP, but now I have Windows 10. The game seems to work correctly but when I'm in 3D stage, suddenly the game crashes and close. I have tried open the game as a administrator or with compatibility mode, but don't work. Always the same problem.

Well Windows 10 wasn't out when this game was released, doubt it is supported.
