Where did you get that from exactly?
On the link posted above, Focus say it will be released after the full game's release. That could be any time, next month during the TdF perhaps.

I'm pretty sure it will be released during Tour de France because of the media and people interest / attention. Since they won't release it before the release of the game why release it right after? |

A Pro Cycling Manager 2008 demo is not yet available at this point, nor is there a set release date for a demo version.
