Steam wants me to install game

Hey,
i need your help...

I'm using PCM 15 with Steam.
Although the game ist already installed, Steam wants me to install the game.

So I cannot start the game anymore, although the game is installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2015".

Can you help me?
