Right guys. Midtnight tonight we'll be able to fire up PCM08 with a little luck. Let's kill some time! Post funny stuff, videos, ideas, thoughts etc. whatever to ease the waiting! :-)
I'm gonna start by installing the daily db which is hopefully released at midnight. Choose career, CSC or Euskaltel and more or less be AFK from life for a few days  |

I'm still not sure why everyone is so excited, it's common knowledge it requires at least one patch before you can play the game in career mode at least. There is always a few bugs needing fixing. |

Unless it's a gamestopping bug like not being able to progressbeyond a certain date many of us still very much enjoy it. Even if it's unpolished |

I know what you mean :-) I'm just looking forward to seeing the new graphics, trying the new energysystem, fitnesstraining and waterbottles :-) I'll play a burst through season to get a feel for it. Then hope for some fixes of the more serious issues. However, small bugs dont bother me too much |

It will take a few weeks before you're familiar and good with the new system anyway.
I'll do the same as Mads. Start up a career asap and just have fun learning the game.
I'll choose either CSC or CA. Then when I get the feel of the game I'll prolly start with a continental team and build it up from the ground |

Well, I can confirm that Cyanide is already working on the 1st patch, but I'd still say that I have enjoyed my first season despite the present bugs.
And as fefj says, there's also track mode which I have been enjoying a lot - especially online. It's a lot of fun.
About the DB, it will be released at 00:01 as promised. We noticed a bug yesterday - we had forgotten to remove the Australian champion jersey from Lapthorne and move it to Lloyd, but I'm updating it right now. So, it will be ready |

Good work. I've a question about the DB. What model did you use for stats? Is max climbing 80 or 85 or something else? |

I know that it's very unlikely that I will get my activation at 11:01 GMT but hopefully it will be around that time and I can have a go on track racing
Can't stay up too late though as I have 2 tests tomorrow
