Problem installing DL-version

When I try to install I get
please insert disc 1 and press ok. Then I try to browse to the second file. But get the message that "the file "setup-pcm2007-focus-online-hw-1.0.0.0-1a.bin" could not be located.
Can someone please help me? |

Make sure the two files you downloaded are named as following :
- Setup-PCM2007-focus-online-hw-1.0.0.0.exe
- Setup-PCM2007-focus-online-hw-1.0.0.0-1a.bin
If not, rename them exactly like that, then it should work. |

thanks for answering
i have made sure that the two files have that name.
But still when i open file one, but still after selecting english i get "setup needs the next disk". and please insert disk 1 and click ok
now I have both files in same folder |

i downloaded the game, i renamed the to files as was said to do, then i installed the game and went to type in the activation key, but when i do so it says
"Automatic activation failed. Press 'OK' to activate the product manually. Failure reason: Unable to connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again."
My internet connection is fine, i tried the manual one but same problem. Can someone please help me out. |

try disactivating firewalls, anti-virus and emulating software.

thanks issoisso i got it working, now all i have to do is figure how to install one of the databases. |

if the DB is just a .cdb file or a collection of .cdb files, put them in your "Database" sub-folder that is inside your PCM folder. if it's a bunch of folders put them all inside your PCM folder.
if it asks you whether you want to overwrite (replace) already existing files, it means you've put it in the right place

thanks for the tips issoisso, now i am waiting for the patch as i seem to have the problem everyone is having when dealing with the game crashing because of the memory leak problem. |

I have not only that, but the game lags with shadows on....which is quite unbelievable considering no other game does...
just poor programming...
