How to reassign Keys

I used to play Pro Cycling Manager on my desktop but now I have switched to Laptop permanently as I travel often.

But as there are no numpad + and - , I can't change speed with ease as I used to hence game has become an inconvenience.

Is there any way to modify Key assignment?

Also on Alienware we have extra macro keys so for example if I set one macro Key as shift + = which is equivalent to numpad + but this modification does not work inside PCM while it works in many other games.

If I remember correctly this has been asked before but I cannot remember the answer. Maybe a forum search or a google search can help you.

As far as I am aware there is no way to modify hotkey assignments within the game.
