Missing leader shirts

So Movistar got the polka dot leader in the tour (PCM 2018 World DB- Steam Workshop) in my career. The leader though is not wearing the jersey.
One of my riders are in the white shirt and that works fine.

Seems like its only Movistar..?
Have any of you tried this? Do you know how to fix it?
