Riders with white faces

Yesterday I install the last version of the game (1.0.6.1) because my game crash in the final of the 2nd season. But when I return to the game, teams like (Team Sky, Quick-Steps, BMC, Damnation Data) the riders photo appears with a white face.

What can I do?
