Database editing in Lachi's Editor

Hi,
I have a question. Can I edit a "Race Day Condition (RDC)" in Lachi's Editor? I tried edit a "prerace_i_cyclist" but it doesn't work. Thanks for answer.

can I remove/add cyclist from/to training camp through Lachi Editor? Thank you.
