Help to design a real shirt(not for the game)

I am David from Spain, pardon for my English, have used a translator for some things, hope that it understands.
Not if this one is the place adapted for this topic in the forum, if it is not like that I am sorry.
Need that someone was helping myself to design a maillot for a club of cycling
The idea is a maillot with the white predominant color and details in red, and also that appears the Spanish flag or its colors.
Also that appears the logo UCI, as different this one and that puts UGI, and the name of the club that is "CLUB DE GLOBEREO", and the sponsor " CASA RURAL DE LA YEDRA ".
You can change this logo it, if you think that other one remains better.
I suppose that many things were absent but this is what I have well-considered, any thing that is absent ask me and as soon as possible i will request.

Yes, I don´t speak english very well, and i dont know if what i have explained is clear, but i want to desing a cycling shirt for me cycling club, and i try for ages, but i dont designed any shirt like i want, and i see here how you (all) do shirts for the game, and i was thinking if anybody could help me.
In my ciclyng club they are 3 professional cyclist of Burgos Monumental (Continental), they are Enrique and Martin Mata, and Diego Gallego, we are thinking in if would be possible to send a present to the person who desings the final shirt.

P.D. The main colour have to be white but the other as you like, if you think its ok. |

I am defiantly interested, i need to start moving toward designing no game jerseys as it what one of my employers wants. However, i do not have any blank outlines of the jersey etc... |

Hmmm, i have never come across a blank template to create a real life jersey. Ive just had a thought, when the slipstream contest was on, did they supply blank templates? |

Hi, thanks very much everybody, and sorry for not reply, i was out this weekend.
There is no deadline, but we dont want to delay so much, the principal sponsor is that "La Yedra", but the name of the club is "Club de Globereo", have to be in the front too, we have no logo.
The main colour is going to be white, and the other as like, in somewhere you have to put the spanish flag(red yellow red), or its colours.
When you do the desing, can you do also a 3d desing (like minimaillots in game), to show the members of my club, its not absolutely necessary but it will helps to decide.
