Add new training stages

From what I've looked one thing is surely lacking - more training camps. Most of the training camps are in Western Europe while on the east camps in PCM are pretty much nonexistent. Now, I've tried to add some new camps and it works, but the problem is that I can't figure out how to put it on the exact location on the map - i.e. the X and Y values in the db. For example a sprint camp in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I need some help.
