In my opinion, this is the current state: WorldDB has the most updated and most realistic World Tour stats + most teams & races. PCMDaily therefore has really good stats too, and has optimized stats for Pro Continental en Continental, something WorldDB doesn't fully have yet. CymItalia is in my opinion (sorry italian friends from CYMIta), not that great at the moment. some statistics are still the base game stats which makes Rebellin a 76 Hill guy (and some others), but gives you the opportunity to have real bikes and so forth. Conclusion: Try them out, and see what you personally like the most!
