Favorite stage/race?

I haven't seen anything like this posted yet, but I'm wondering if folks would share their favorite stages or one-day races and in which DB they can be found in so we can all take a gander at them.


My favorite that I've seen so far is the 2008 Tour of California's last stage in the PCM.daily 08 .DB. I've played it three or four times, and each time it ends up completely different. The first time I played it, everyone went over the last climb together and the stage ended in a mass sprint, on the most recent run through, one of my sprinters ran out of energy before the last climb even began (he bailed out when he was 22' down on the leaders), the stage was littered with ten or so withdrawls and David Millar chased Thor Hushvod to the line for the green jersey.

Plus, the stage is gorgeous, with a view from the top of the second climb all the way down the valley the peloton had just climbed out of.

My favorite stage is the one to Mont Ventoux in Dauphine Libere! I just love flat stages, and in the end there is a mountain Smile

i love the Monte Paschi Eroica race, lots of hills and huge cobble sections. It always ends with very few riders able to go with the pace.
