Does anyone know how to remove pre-set fitness programs ? An example is Rujano, if you have the fitness on automatic he automatically prepares for the Giro, making him useless unless you controll his fitness yourself .. And why do riders without race schedules have this, it's just annoying |

The AI peaks them for when the AI would peak them if they controlled the team themselves. If you want to remove the pre-set fitness program, do all the program yourself, or just take control of it when the rider keeps on a high training level and you don't want him to be on it. So before the Giro take control of the fitness of Rujano and just put it at 50-60%
It wasn't annoying when you started the game, in fact i expect it was probably quite useful for the computer to control the fitness for you. I would have struggled starting right off with that to think about as well.

True that it would been hard without the pre-set when starting off, and it's probably helpfull for many. But I like to control the fitness of 5-6 riders each season and when one rider who I do not control "self-controls" it's kinda annoying
Isn't there a possibility to set riders to "domestique" fitness programs through Hannes Converter or something ? |

Only way to get the riders at a reasonable level of domestique-ness is put fitness training at 50% when they are over 60 fitness, then their fitness will stay on 60. No fatigue is gained, and when you want them slightly fitter for an important domestique role you can up their training. Thats the best you can do really. There is no way that i know of to set their training differently. I usually find my whole squad is training at the same level if i allow the AI to do it anyway.

A good tip from another topic is that to get from 60 fitness to a peak of 80 it takes 32 days at 90% and that the left can be maintained for 2-3 weeks before fatigue starts to interfere.

I control all my riders fitness myself. They never get fatigued like the AI and it's much easier to peak at races you want to be good in. Especially in the 2nd half of the season, when the AI gets tired, you'll find it easy to win races |

It's easy to control the fitness, but it's irritating from the Vuelta and sooner when all the other riders than your team's are "dead"! |
