FFC to organise Tour

Domestique Posts: 742 Joined: 22-09-2007 PCM$: 200.00	The French Cycling Federation will organise this years tour de France. The French anti-doping agency will therefore be in charge of the doping tests before and during the race. This means they will able to use information gathered in the UCI's blood passport scheme. Not good
