Player texture crash

I had this problem today. I was loading a stage as usual, but when it started to load the player textures the game suddenly crashed, and I came to my desktop. I didn't get any error report or anything, and it worked earlier today. I tried to put the graphic settings to the lowest and the shaders to the lowest, but nothing works. Help please?

what DB and can you upload the savegame.

Which stage?

Weird that no error report came up though.

Every stage! And it happens to every savegame.

And I use the PCM database. It worked perfectly but then I closed the program and started it 20 minutes later and it didn't work Shock
