What does it mean if the rider is teammate, free, leader or sprinter?

in a 3d race, nothing

but in a simulaton teammate will have shores to help the leader, a sprinter its a litlle bit obvious, so is the leader and a free rider you can give him tasks for whatever you want

its all in the manual

but if you set your sprinter to sprinter he won't win often Rolling Eyes

i don't in simulaton my sprinter doesn't win often when i set him sprinter i read in a german forum that they win more often if you set him free and try a risk i tried it and he won sometimes but also not as often as you win in playing the race 3D
