www.sporza.be does have lifestream (i have no idea if it works in the uk)
you have to click the movie scroll picture in the box called "vandaag live op sporza".
You'l have to scroll down a bit before you see it but its big so you can't miss it
First stage just finished.
Kenny Dehaes won infront of Davis and Steegmans . Besides that Astana allready lost 2 cyclers of with one was Horner.
EDIT: Berik Kupeshov was the second to quit on the job he ran into a signkeeper (don't know if this is the correct therm lol )

stage result:
1. Boris Sjpilevski (Rus)
2. Marco Zanotti (Ita)
3. Sebastian Siedler (Dui)
4. Allan Davis (Aus)
5. Jurgen Roelandts
6. Gert Steegmans
7. Stefan van Dijk (Ned)
8. Roberto Ferrari (Ita)
9. Marco Marcato (Ita)
10. Rene Haselbacher (Oos)
1st and 2nd for the Preti-Mangimi team.
Quiet a big crash a few km before the finish Ken Devaere from the continental lotto team, swerved out of the bunch, nearly evading a car that was parked besides the road (he did slightly touch the front bumper) before ending just infront of a small concrete stake. Could have been alot worse, but he managed to finish the race a few minutes behind the bunch. |

Who wants to see this kermiskoers anyway? It's horrible, it takes time away from the Giro d'Italia transmission on Sporza and we see dudes like Kenny de Haes and Boris Shpilevski own stages.
I guess Kupeshov or some other loser will win today. Then Devolder strikes in the time trial, and all Belgians will go "ohhh, he's favourite for the Tour de France now! You saw that?? He owned Abdelkar Belmokthar and Shpilevski in a time trial!!! WOOOOT".

I just said I hated the Tour of Belgium, and I have every reason to.
It's a kermiskoers. Has nothing to do with Belgian riders (or is Shpilevski suddenly a Belgian?) |
