I've been watching PCM videos on yt and I also need a new laptop so I thought, why not get a laptop to play PCM on. I was wondering what laptops will run the game because i have a small budget, about £300, is it possible to play the game to an ok standard with this budget, any help would be appreciated!

I played PCM 2016 on a tablet and while it has a good CPU it only has an integrated graphics card. Nevertheless I was able to play the game just fine on low graphic settings.
So I would say that you can play the game without problems on a normal notebook, but it will not look as good as in the videos you saw.

Just don't buy a cheap notebook or one with a small screen because this will hurt you even when not playing games. Maybe you can look for some notebooks which fit your budget and then ask about them here or in the steam forum. Some players might have a similar computer.
