How to see oppositions names?

Hi.
I see in the bar at the top during an actual stage in the gameplay, the 'custom selection' option to display opposition riders names the whole time during a race/stage.
But how do I actually select a rider to see? How do I make my custom selection?
For example, how can I make it that I always see Froome's name during a race?
