crash on cyclist name

I've just started my third season on a career and there is a strange crash: every time when I click on the name of a cyclist (in all kinds of menu's (messages, roster, results) ánd for all kinds of riders (my own team and other teams)) the game crashes and returns to desktop.

Anybody a solution?
