Question about PCM 06 and Vista

This might sound like a stupid question, but would PCM 06 work on a pc with Vista. I was clearing out some old emails and i found the email that had my copy of PCM 06, or atleast the email that allows me to download it. I had it on my old computer and i was wondering if i could download it and play it on my current computer, which just so happens to have vista. Personally i liked last years version better, so i was wondering if i could continue to play it.

Is there any reason as to why you just don't go ahead and try?

Anyway, as far as I remember, there was some problems with PCM06 and Vista for some users, for example about black rider panels, etc. It worked fine others, though.

It works for me - not as well as it did on XP and not as well as PCM07 runs on Vista - but it still works.

i gow windows 7 and pcm 06 doesnt work ...... anyone some ideas???? it said starforce is not compatible or sth like that

yep you have to update starforce driver and it will work on win7 and also without black boxes, its working at least for me. it was annoying with those black boxes, but than i found https://www.star-force.com/support/sfd...fdrvup.zip and it works like a charm since than. good luck.
