I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, if I am in the wrong place, sorry.
Anyway, I was wondering which 2008 database you would recommend. I use my own edited 07 database at the moment, but I would like to use an 08 one.
Please give me your suggestions and please take into account that I'm a complete idiot with computers, so any help on how to install it, use it etc, will be much appreciated.
Oh and please say if there is a patch to download for the database you recommend.
Thanks...

pcm.daily 08, by far the best, Dankan makes great stats, and if you get the second version there are practically no problems |

Well the PCM.daily db is the most downloaded 2008 db. But there are a lot of people saying they are having trouble to get it working. However the people that do have it working, say it is the best 2008 db. If you can get it to work, it's the db for you

Thanks
But is there a certain way to get it to work, or do I just download it and do the necessary extracting and what not?

1. Uninstall PCM
2. Delete the Pro Cycling Manager 2007 folder in My Documents
3. Delete the Pro Cycling Manager 2007 folder in C:/Program Files
4. Delete the Pro Cycling Manager 2007 folder Application Data (type %appdata% into Run... to find it)
5. Install PCM
6. Install the latest patch (1.0.3.1)
7. Extract the package into the root PCM folder (C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007)
and it should work
EDIT: make sure you do what I said and not only extract the package into the PCM folder like Deadpool said otherwise it won't work properly

You only need the first file if you're a first-time-downloader |

But it's wrong. The bat-files should be placed in Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager |

It doesn't matter when you download it, as long as you install it in step 7 if you go by the guide I posted above
