worldteam at the start of the career

hi all i have one question - is there some possibility to choose worldteams at the start of pro cyclist mode? For example in editor? I mean I can choose highest ranking team when I am creating my pro cyclist.

The three initial team offer I think no, it depends in the cyclist country and the cyclist type (sprint, stage rider etc.) but the maximum you will get is Pro Continental.

However you can try change your team later in DYN_Cyclist of the savegame,
