Problem with form/fitness

1. I have some problem with come in form to the giro, so which objective is the best from januar to april, so the fitness still is good in the giro?

2. Which objectives take you to get in form to the cobblestones and the ardennes?

3. At the Vuelta a lot of my riders is very tired, can i do something, so they not are so tired?

You can allways manually "cheat" in the Lachi editor, "click me"

Ardennes are an ok solution for the Giro riders, or a super early objective, like in february or Paris - Nice. Then no races until Romandie.
