Praparation, Pre-Season

I am a little bit confused with that preparation and pre-season system in career. mode
I am playing a career with Bora, 2nd season, but i missed best fitness level for Majka in 1st season. He was too tired on vuealta, and on Giro he had 88-89 % of fitness.
I wolud like to know which is the best pre season set up for riders. If my major objective for Majka is Giro but I have Paris-Nice as objective in January-April period, which is the best choice: LOW, NORMAL, HIGH, VERY HIGH to achieve best fitness for giro and not for paris-nice or dauphine like last season.

My second problem: for me isn't clear the work progress. There are 4 period/section where i can set from break to hard. One period is for a week, I mean first period is the 1st week, 2nd period is 2nd week from the moment where I am on calendar?
So if i set in january break break hard hard my rider will rest in 1st and 2nd week, and he will work in 3rd and 4th week of january? Or that 4 period is for a first objective, or for a whole season? So I don't know how it works. Sad

I found an answer. Every period in work progress is for one week. For example:
1.break........first week of year(january 1-7)
2.medium......second week os season (january 8-14)
3.hard....3rd week
4.easy....4th week
5.break...5th week
and so on Grin

I have also problem with the giro, had both tried when the first objective was catalunya and romandie, but without succes...

Someone who can help ?
