Froome WON'T race Tour - how to change?

So, I'm in my second year of career, racing as a fantasy team.
Last year (2017), Froome didn't race the Tour (BTW, Froome is NOT in my team.)
I just started the first stage of the Giro (2018), and I see that Froome is starting. This indicates that he is once again not racing the Tour, or at least won't be in form. This is a shame as I would like to have a rivalry with him in the Tour.
I quit the first stage and I am wondering how I can completely control Froome's schedule so that:
a) He starts the Tour
b) He is in form for the Tour
c) He is not tired for the Tour(I assume that this is hard as he is probably already in very good form for the Giro and thus is probably already becoming tired)
d) He doesn't race the Giro

So, how can I get Froome not to race the Giro (Starting today) and instead race the Tour in good form without tiredness?

(BTW, I use PCM Fast Editor, but I do also have Laachi's)
