Hi everyone,

I recently started playing pcm 2017, however i think that the game is a lot easier than previous years. I'm doing a career mode with bora and I just won the giro with Leopold konnig (77 Mountain) on extreme difficulty... Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a way to increase the difficulty a little bit more?

You can always go in Local.cdb and change the gene_f_refcaraccoeff of the Extreme difficulty to a high value.

And a question, what opponents you defeated? Because sometimes the game don't send the best riders to Giro.

I've defeated Molema, Henao, Dumoulin, Bardet and Pinot, all of them with higher mountain stat than Konnig. But it was really easy to beat them. In the first mountain stages when my form wasn't the best it was kind of difficult but then suddenly I was much stronger than everyone.

But i don't think that the difficulty is similar in al types of races. On the cobbled classics for example i had Peter Sagan in great form and it was kind of difficult to leave everyone behind. on the tour of flanders in the final there was like 8 riders in a sprint and a 4 men sprint in roubaix. It was much more even. But the mountain stages are, at least in my opinion, much more easier on pcm 2017 and it is really simple to drop all your opponents even if they are better than you
