PCM 2017, "Should I?" - Stages and Editor

Hey guys! So after a few years away from this great game i am yet drawn to it again. But, i remember the last PCM games i played i had to go and download a database to ensure that the grand tour stages changed from year to year - Is this still necessary or have the game finally implemented this?


And, since i like to edit sports-simulation games, is there an in-game editor you can recommend?

The original game always come incomplete, wrong stats etc. so if you like the most complete game, yes, you need to download a database.

Fast Editor and Lanchi's Editor are both very good.
