To keep things short. Im kinda in the process of creating a historical database and Id like to know how you guys determine the cyclists stats ingame. Whether you just estimate them or use some kind of formula. An answer would be greatly appreciated.

Our Daily DB stat department uses estimations (and a formula for RES, but only RES and based on estimations). It's also why there are many stat discussions The only project based on calculations has been made by TankNL some PCMs ago and it's quite an interesting idea actually, but it requires a truckload of work. For a historical DB, especially before 2000, I doubt a formula can even be used for minor riders.
