Any way to group riders to share same race and training schedule?

Simply put, i don't enjoy going through hours of planning for each riders season. I don't mind planning for leaders but it's a pain having to go through the training and race schedule to make sure leaders and team mates are peaked for key stages of the season. Am i missing something in the game which allows me to group together riders (i know there was something last year which you could do it for) that allow you to both select the same training and race schedule for riders. If not, is there any external programs that are useful or any tips to make it quicker?

Yes, Team-objectives-Other riders then ''Adopt leaders schedule''

Yeah i used that. The problem i had though was that it didn't take into consideration the races. So although they'll be sharing the same objectives and have it set out at the start, the second you start planning the races, you'll have to re-do all the training for each rider because they'll be tired too early once the races have been taken into consideration
