Can't find folder

Is there a kind soul who could tell me where to find the folder with all the jerseys etc. I used to find in Local disk - Cyanide- Graphic... but, the cyanide folder doesn't exist?!

Local\Steam\Steamapps\Common is where your Steam-installed games are stored
