Upgrade an existing Tour

Hello,

I am still playing pcm 2013 with great pleasure. I really like it to begin with an existing average/not that good Pro tour Team to make it the best. I don't edit much but there are some things i like tot edit. I want to edit some low category races, like Amgen Tour of California or the Tour of Turkey, into a World Tour race.

Does someone knows how to do this?

you should edit STA_race table, assigning the proper status (UCI small tour) and also assign a proper xml classification file (you can use the tour de pologne one for example).

That's in game isn't it? is there also a possibility to edit the database?

No, you should use a database edit (eg. PCM Fast Editor, see download section) and edit the database's cdb file manualy.
