I don't know how well this idea will be recieved by the admins who run the game but being 2010 next season I figure it is a good idea to start putting forth riders who we will be cheering on in the next couple years to be included in the DB.
Entrants should be real and the entries should include:

Current Team:
Current Elite Racing Category:
Rider type:
An accurate rundown of results: (Edit by SN: But only decent results. Who cares if John Smith finished 10th in a random junior race?)
DO YOUR RESEARCH if you put a rider in. Make this as easy for the admins as possible. If anyone can think of anything else that should be researched go ahead and make a suggestion and I will amend this post.
Edit by SN: Try to give an indication of realistic stats and potential for the riders too.
And dont limit it to young riders, you could also look for decent riders who arent currently in the database.

He started as a MT biker and has since won crits, RR, Hill climbs and has podiumed in Elite TT's such as Exeter TT. I wouldn't call him a sprinter simply because the crit he won a couple weeks ago he was the 1st one to the bottom of the hill and around the final corner and held onto it. He certainly is the smartest rider I know, gues thats why he is my team captain.

Instead of listing a great pile of results. Itd be better if you could give a realistic example of the stats you think they should have (Be realistic though) and perhaps listing any big results they may have received.
Its a good idea though.
