PCM 2015 - 2017 DB crashes

Hello guys,
I'm making for PCM 2015 a 2017 DB and I'm already making some continental teams. The only problem is when I want to do a race with more than one continental team in it (in career or one-off race), the game crashes when it's loading the teams or the riders.
Can someone help me with this problem?
