Welcome to the Irish National Championships! With out BoI here we've just got 7 riders taking on the 51km Hills course. Can you guess what will happen?

Yep, it's a breakaway. Downey (PND) and Richardson (INO) form the two-man effort and cruise away to fight between themselves.

Ian Richardson reigns victorious. He edges Downey in a nicely fought sprint. Don't panic, everyone else is a lap down at the end.
